The I.S. 93 Beacon program is a school based community center and safe haven for neighborhood youth and their families. We offer a wide range of comprehensive and multifaceted programs to NYC Residents school age through adulthood. The Beacon program provides services to over 1,500 people from the five boroughs annually. The program offers year round enrollment to all participants.

The I.S. 93 Beacon program is staffed by teachers, college students and other support staff. The program offers opportunities for children and adults from ages 5 through 100, to express themselves through positive outlets such as community service projects, volunteering, arts programs, leisure activities and vocational endeavors. The Beacon program provides referrals, academic enhancement, life skills, career awareness, community building, recreational health and fitness, and culture/art activities. Please contact us for more information in regards to this program.
