Since 2011, our young adult internship program has linked more than 700 persons to various paid internship opportunities across different boroughs. This initiative is part of a city-wide plan to provide employers with reliable interns.


Many of these learning experiences have already helped participants find employment reconnect with education/vocational training and further their professional growth. Whether you may be interested in working in an Entry Level Position, a Private Business, Non-Profit or Corporation, we can teach you the skills you will need!

1). Network with employers and peers

2). Gain valuable work experience

3). Earn $4,500 plus incentives


Minimum Qualifications:

1). 18-24 years old

2). Live within the 5-boroughs

3). Have a strong desire to further your career goals


Prior to interning every applicant must satisfy:

1). a 5-step enrollment and competitive selection process 

2). a 4-week (20-day) Professional Development Training

3). all worksite requirements 


You are welcome to come as you are knowing that you will not leave the same. Get ready for a new beginning and a fresh new start, as you work to make your dreams come true! We do operate year-round. A new cycle of 30-participants will be selected to start every 4th month.
