The SONYC program (formerly O.S.T After-School) has been serving students of P.S./I.S. 113 since October 2013. We offer a variety of educational, artistic, and recreational activities, helping up to 100 students thrive each day.

 

The goal of our program is to be both an extension of the normal school day and a place where activities and events that are not possible during the day can take place. Snack is provided each day.

 

We work toward extending the school day by providing homework help, study hall time, and STEM activities (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). We additionally provide extracurricular activities that foster leadership opportunities, social enrichment and physical health.
