The Greater Ridgewood Youth Council has a COMPASS program that welcomes students from grades K-5.  This will be our third year at P.S. 306 and we will continue to do activities that are recreational and educational.  The After-School Program will work very closely with the school teachers and faculty to make sure we help the students with what they learn throughout the day in their classrooms.  The program runs Monday-Friday from 2:15pm-5:15 pm, during the school calendar year.

The activities that the students will be participating in are; Arts & Crafts, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), Dance, Creative Writing, and Music. Healthy snacks are also provided for the students.  We will also have special themed events that are held for seasonal and other cultural celebrations.

The goal of the After-School Program staff is to provide an environment that is fun and safe for the students of P.S. 306.  If you have any questions regarding the program please email csiegel@thegryc.org or give me a call at 718-456-KIDS (5437).
