The I.S. 204 Beacon/21st CCLC program is a safe haven for neighborhood youth and their families. We offer a wide range of comprehensive and multifaceted programs for both children and adults within the community. The Beacon program provides services to over 1,000 people from the five boroughs annually.
The I.S. 204 Beacon program is staffed by teachers, college students and other support staff. The program offers opportunities for children and adults to express themselves through positive outlets such as community service projects, volunteering, arts programs, leisure activities and vocational endeavors. The program provides educational support, job-readiness skills, sporting leagues and clinics, trips and many other services.
